THE MORE FUN AND INTERACTIVE YOUR BOOTH IS, THE MORE IT WILL ATTRACT THE RUNNERS:
There will be plenty of people at the events, you just have to bring them in with an interactive and exciting booth! For example, photo ops/photo booths, raffles, demos, samples, giveaways, have fun and get creative!
BOOTH SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
These are outdoor events on pavement (Oct 19) and grass (Oct 20), all spaces are 10x10 unless otherwise arranged. Please provide your own set-up (pop-up, tables, chairs etc). All booths are required to be inside a pop-up or equivalent. Electricity is not available, quiet generators are acceptable.
BIB PICK-UP - SATURDAY OCT 19:
Running Center - 9am-3pm (times may change slightly)
PRE-EVENT SET-UP - SATURDAY OCT 19:
Galway Downs - 2pm-6pm (times may change slightly)
RACE MORNING CHECK-IN & SET-UP - SUNDAY OCT 20:
Galway Downs - 4:30am ::: Must be set up and ready to go by 5:30am when registration opens (We highly recommend setting up your booth on Saturday Oct 19)
RACE DAY BREAK-DOWN:
No earlier than 12pm
